Warranty

“Eduobotics” brand products

All “Eduobotics” brand products are guaranteed for one year. The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods.
If the product is re-developed by the customer or repaired without the instructions of our engineers, the warranty is automatically lost.

Free Warranty
During the warranty period, the quality problems generated under normal use, such as inaccurate display color, poor touch, button failure, switch failure, poor LED brightness, etc.

Charged Warranty
For quality problems arising from abnormal use, maintenance fees will be charged depending on the degree of damage, including but not limited to:
1. Supply the wrong voltage, bumps, water immersion, and foreign matter into the board, resulting in damage to the function
2. The user disassembles or welds parts by himself, and modifies the circuit board, resulting in functional damage
3. Failure to operate according to the user manual, such as forcibly plugging and unplugging under the power supply state, resulting in functional damage

Non-Eduobotics branded products

For non-Eduobotics branded products, namely third-party branded products, (e.g. Raspberry Pi, Nvidia, Enplas, etc.), the warranty period will be in accordance with the brand’s official warranty policy.
Please note that non-Eduobotics branded products have SN codes, and the warranty period will start from the date the product is purchased from our suppliers, not the date it reaches our customers.

For non-Eduobotics branded products, please keep the original packaging to check the warranty time; if you purchase non-Eduobotics products, such as NVIDIA original products, you can contact us (info@eduobotics.com) to check the stock batch to confirm the warranty start time.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. Since NVIDIA’s warranty time is only determined based on the SN code, not the time sold by the dealer to the customer, we hope to get your understanding.
